closely with Donna, Karen oversees the day to day activities of the
team. Her
responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the
processing of time sensitive documents for our REO division such as
Property Condition Reports, Broker Price Opinions, and Monthly Status
Reports. She also
continues to represent a diverse client base of Buyers and Sellers. Her background in social
services and property management has given her a unique knowledge base
to use in her career as a REALTOR®.
Karen has exceptional leadership skills and exceeds in customer
service so that Donna can focus on providing both her corporate and
individual clients with the best Real Estate experience possible. She is a member of the national and state
REALTOR® associations as well as the Lake Cities Association of
REALTORS®.

photos as well as signs, lock boxes and all the other miscellaneous

With a background in Real Estate, Mortgage & Loan, and Title and Escrow Judy handles the high volume, fast-paced tasks of Closing Coordinator for The Nichols Network with ease. She is a member of the national and state REALTOR® associations as well as the Lake Cities Association of REALTORS®. |
