Working closely with Donna, Karen oversees the day to day activities of the team.  Her responsibilities include but are not limited to overseeing the processing of time sensitive documents for our REO division such as Property Condition Reports, Broker Price Opinions, and Monthly Status Reports.  She also continues to represent a diverse client base of Buyers and Sellers.  Her background in social services and property management has given her a unique knowledge base to use in her career as a REALTOR®.  Karen has exceptional leadership skills and exceeds in customer service so that Donna can focus on providing both her corporate and individual clients with the best Real Estate experience possible.  She is a member of the national and state REALTOR® associations as well as the Lake Cities Association of REALTORS®.

Melinda oversees negotiations for all offers we receive on our REO listings.  She is the primary point of contact from the time an offer is received until it is handed over to our closing department as an executed contract.  Over the past 9 years of working with Donna, Melinda has gained a vast knowledge of the unique needs associated with REO contract negotiations.  She has exceptional organizational skills and puts our Sellers’ interest as top priority when handling each and every offer.   She is a member of the national and state REALTOR® associations as well as the Lake Cities Association of REALTORS®.
